All sales of custom-made gear are final. Once an order for custom-made gear has been placed and payment has been received, the order cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged.

 

As the gear is custom-made according to the specific requirements and specifications of the customer, it is not possible to resell it to another customer. 

 

Therefore, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds.

 

However, if there is a manufacturing defect or error in the custom-made gear, we will be happy to make the necessary corrections or replacements at no additional cost to the customer.

 

To ensure that the custom-made gear meets your specifications, please double-check and confirm all order details prior to placing your order. We recommend that you carefully review all measurements, materials, colors, and any other specifications before submitting your order.

The Order Process

Place Order:

Select the type of shirt you want and then add it to you cart. Select the quantity you would like along with sizes.

Check Email:

Once we receive your order, we will then send you an email questionnaire to get your design started.

Approve Design:

Once you receive your design you can make changes or approve the design to head to print.

Wait For Delivery:

After design is complete and approved orders generally take 3-4 Weeks to arrive to your doorstep.
