Once we receive your order, we will then send you an email questionnaire to get your design started. This process happens within 24 hours.

Once you receive your design you can make changes or approve the design to head to print. We will then confirm and process the order.

After design is complete and approved orders generally take 3-5 Weeks to arrive to your doorstep. We send the items with tracking.
